LEDES budgeting is now available in CARET Legal. With this feature, firms can set a budget for individual LEDES codes within a LEDES-based matter. Firms can see billed amounts against the total budget as the case progresses. This feature is available to clients with EnterprisePlus subscriptions.

SPLIT BILLING

EVERGREEN RETAINERS
Matters can be configured to send an alert when trust funds or operating retainers run below a pre-specified amount on a per-matter basis, helping to ensure you never have to wait on payment.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Clients can easily make credit card payments through APX, an integrated payment processing system. Payments can be made by logging into Caseway, CARET Legal’s secure Client Portal or by simply clicking on the dedicated link located at the bottom of each invoice.
SAVE PAYMENT INFORMATION
Credit card payment information can be saved via APX and used for future Retainer and Invoice Payments processed through CARET Legal.
