  1. Create a workflow template for your matter: The options are endless. Create a new workflow template for any type of matter you typically work on. There is no limit to the number of tasks or calendar events that can be added into a workflow template.
  2. Add tasks or calendar events to get automated reminders: Optimize your to-do list the way you like to work. Whether you prefer to add a new task, create an event in your calendar, or both, you can tailor your workflow to create the most relevant reminders for you to get your work done.
  3. Choose the anchor date task/event to trigger the workflow: Each workflow template consists of tasks or events. Choose the event or task that will serve as the anchor date. When a template is triggered, tasks and calendar events will automatically show up in your to-do list based on the anchor date.
